Jeffery is Culinary Development Chef for Browns Restaurant Group in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Career Highlights

Jeffery won the 2009 BC Chefs Association's Chef of the Year competition.

He was Executive Chef at The Westin Resort & Spa in Whistler, B.C., from 2008 to 2010.

Jeffery won a gold medal at the 2002 Las Vegas Culinary Challenge.

Training

Culinary Arts program at Vancouver Community College and apprenticeship under Chef Ernst Dorfler at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia.
