Brad is Executive Sous Chef at the Ottawa Convention Centre in Ontario.

Career Highlights

Brad won the CCFCC National Chefs Challenge in 2007 and represented Canada at the WACS Global Chefs Challenge in Florida, U.S.A.

In 2008, Brad moved to Victoria, B.C. to become Executive Chef at the Inn at Laurel Point.

From 2005 to 2008, Brad was Executive Chef at Catch restaurant.

Training

Culinary Arts Certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta.
